Changing your booking:

If you need to change the date/time of your booking, change any names or children’s details, or add/remove people to your booking, please click "View Online" at the top right of this email, then click 'Make Changes' on the page you are brought to. You will automatically be sent another email to confirm it is really you (for security reasons) and from within that email, you can click "Start Making Changes" to proceed. Please note that you will receive a new confirmation number but your new booking will be linked to your original booking.
Changes to childrens' details can be made up to 24 hours before your booking and changes to the date/time of your booking can be made up to 72 hours before your booking.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason you can do so up to 7 days before your booking (no questions asked!), you can also do this through the "View Online" link at the top right of this email. After you initiate a cancellation, you will automatically be issued a full refund for all tickets and pre-paid items. Please note the booking fee cannot be refunded.

What to do when you arrive? (Read carefully!!)

Check-in no sooner than 10 minutes before your booking time. This is to prevent delays throughout our event. If you check-in before your allotted time, you will be asked to leave the queue and come back within 10 minutes before your booking time.
If you arrive after your booking time, we may not be able to check you in and you may not be able to visit Santa. We have carefully allocated booking times to avoid delays. We are expected to be fully booked on several days, especially evenings and all weekends. Refunds will not be issued if you miss your appointment with Santa due to arriving late. Please be on time to avoid any disappointment.
Changes to children’s details for Santa MUST be made online 24 hours prior to check-in. Please double-check your most recent confirmation email to ensure all details are correct. In order to make the visit as magical as possible for your children, we will not show you your details after you check-in.
Please note that all children MUST be booked in prior to your arrival. Additional adults may be added online or paid for upon check-in as long as your group stays within 10 or less individuals. Bookings with more than 10 individuals must be split over 2 adjacent timeslots to ensure ample time for Santa to speak to all children and for photos.
Everyone will be invited to take a photo with Santa. If you have not pre-paid for any photos, you can of course pay for additional photos on the day (after you exit the grotto and view your photos). If you have pre-paid photos, you can still purchase additional photos, reindeer food, or upgrade to a USB after you exit the grotto and view your photos. Cash and card payments are accepted.
What’s required for check-in?

No printing required – you can show your tickets on your phone or print them if you’d like.
